Rendez-Vous with French Cinema is a co-presentation of the Film Society of Lincoln Center and uniFrance Films in association with BAMcinématek and IFC Center. The 19th annual edition of Rendez-Vous with French Cinema celebrates the best in contemporary French filmmaking, including special appearances by Catherine Deneuve, Michel Gondry, Jacques Doillon, François Ozon, and more.  March 7 – March 10.

Kid Friendly: Disney Sponsors Family Day at Lincoln Center

Celebrate Family Day with Lincoln Center Out of Doors and Disney on Saturday, July 27. Enjoy and dance to various musical performances, which include the Brooklyn Youth Chorus and Face the Music’s Pannonia Quartet. Also, watch mandolinist, violinist, and ace trumpeter Elena Moon Park as she mixes Asian languages with English in Japanese sea shanties, Tibetan jump-rope rhymes, Korean harvest sing-alongs, and Taiwanese train songs. Performances begin at 12pm at Hearst Plaza, 65th Street and Broadway. Free.

Concert: L.A.’s Grammy Award-Winner Ozomatli at Lincoln Center (Free)

Lincoln Center Out of Doors presents Ozomatli, the multi-Grammy winning L.A. based band with an activist spirit. Ozomatli’s diverse sound includes funk, cumbia, hip-hop, rock and more. The free performance will take place on Saturday, July 27, 8pm, at Damrosch Park Bandshell, Lincoln Center (62nd Street Amsterdam Avenue). Free.

Performance: Romance of the Iron Bow at Lincoln Center

The Chinese American Arts Council and Kronos Performing Arts Association, a non-profit organization, present the humorous Chinese musical: Romance of the Iron Bow at Lincoln Center Out of Doors. The musical highlights the culture’s rich and elaborate costumes, unique vocal styles and traditional martial arts pyrotechnic. Friday, July 26, 6pm. Free.

Dance: Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra at Lincoln Center

Midsummer Night Swing presents the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra at Lincoln Center. Learn salsa and samba from world-renowned instructor, Eddie Torres, and dance the night away while listening to Grammy-winning pianist Arturo O’Farrill and his band.
