Movie: Humphrey Bogart’s African Queen at Bryant Park (Free)

Monday, July 22, HBO Bryant Park Film Festival presents African Queen starring Humphrey Bogart and Katharine Hepburn, directed by John Huston. Bogart won his first and only Oscar as a hard drinking riverboat captain alongside prim missionary Katharine Hepburn. The lawn opens at 5pm, but the movie starts at sunset, usually between 8pm – 9pm. Free.

Music: DJ Rich Medina at LeBain

Philadelphia’s DJ, producer, poet, Rich Medina, will be spinning at LeBain (The Standard rooftop), located at 444 West 13th Street. The event will take place on Monday, July 22, 8pm. Medina is popularly known for his hip hop, jazz, house, spoken word, Afrobeat and bass heavy future soul styling and mixing. The event is brought to NYC by Giant Step. Free with RSVP.
